I’m not your typical entrepreneurial rags to riches story. I never planned on being a business owner, heck I didn’t even have a lemonade stand or sell bracelets as a kid. 

I spent years in the corporate manufacturing industry, helping large organizations improve profitability and create cost savings through operational efficiency. As I began quickly climbing the corporate ladder, I looked around and realized I didn’t align with the values of the leadership and knew I didn’t want their jobs. 

So, I spent the next 6 months working early mornings, nights and weekends building a consulting practice, supporting small business owners to get better results with less resources, on the side of my corporate job. 

I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur now for 10+ years, grown multiple 7-figure companies with teams of 2 to 10. I’m now the Co-Founder, alongside Mike Michalowicz, of Run Like Clockwork, where I’ve worked with 1000’s of small business owners over the years to help them design a business that can run itself. 

My business and income is now consistent and reliable. I trust I’m able to create whatever I need. I can step away from the business for weeks to months at a time while it continues to grow without me. 

But HOW? 

Honestly, through a lot of trial and error, investing hundreds of thousands in coaches and mentors, trainings, certifications, and lots of patience and persistence. 

I deeply understand how companies work, how team members’ think, and how the best leaders lead, all of which I bring directly into my work. 

Coaching small business owners to create solutions that match their values and vision for their life and business is my greatest gift and joy. It’s what I love to do, and I’m objectively good at it. This isn't a charity program where I’m lowering prices just to help you feel good. It’s also not a program where the pricing has anything to do with the level of coaching or community.

Quite the contrary, I noticed a gap in the marketplace and chose to fill it. 

Over the years of working with CEO’s in our Clockwork Accelerator program, I realized most of the questions weren’t about the systems — they were about the challenges of being a CEO. These are the topics I love to coach on, and know the value of bringing CEO’s together to recognize they’re not alone.
